Project 01 – Administration

For administrative purposes of the NFN we propose a separate "administration project". On the one hand it will act as a communication center for all partners in the NFN, and on the other hand it will handle all the documents and money transfers needed to run the everyday procedures.

Every year two workshops are planed, which should be administrated by the secretary. That means the invitation to the workshops for internal and external participants will be handled by the secretary. The organization of the housing for the participants of the workshop will also be done by the secretary.

All common traveling expenses for attending conferences and for exchange of scientists among the partners will be handled by the administrative part. For that purpose a financial pool was established in the budget of this project.
